1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using At Your Service (“the Service”), operated by At Your Service (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

At Your Service is a platform that allows users to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered customer service agents. The Service includes a conversational agent builder, knowledge base management, tool integrations, deployment channels (web widget, API, shareable links), and analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service operates on a prepaid, usage-based credit system. New accounts receive a free signup credit. Additional credits can be purchased through our payment processor. Credits are deducted per message based on actual token consumption and the AI model used. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) generate, distribute, or facilitate harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing content; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (f) use the Service to build agents that provide medical, legal, or financial advice without appropriate disclaimers; or (g) resell access to the Service without our written permission.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service, including knowledge base documents, agent configurations, and conversation data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate responses. AI-generated output may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating agent responses before deploying to end users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, At Your Service and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
